The complete payment flexibility toolkit for WooCommerce
High-ticket products, group gifts, event registrations, custom orders, bookings — these are the carts that abandon when there’s only one way to pay. SplitPay Pro gives your customers the flexibility they expect, without forcing you to switch payment providers or install three separate plugins to make it happen.
In one plugin, you get split-by-gateway checkout, deposit and balance payments, installment plans, and group co-payment — all working with the gateways you already use.
Split a single order across multiple payment methods
Some customers want to pay $60 on a credit card and $40 from store credit. Some want to combine a gift card with PayPal. SplitPay Pro lets them do exactly that, in one checkout, with one click of Place Order.
- Customers pick two or more enabled gateways and assign an amount to each.
- The plugin orchestrates the charges in sequence, with full rollback if anything fails.
- Choose your failure strategy: all-or-nothing (refund everything on failure) or partial payment (keep what succeeded, flag the rest for review).
- Refunds route back to the correct originating gateway automatically.
- Every split order gets a complete payment ledger on the order edit screen.
You stay in control of which gateways are eligible — every gateway is disabled for splitting by default, and you toggle each one on explicitly.

Accept deposits and collect the balance later
Selling something expensive? Let customers pay a deposit at checkout and settle the balance closer to the delivery or service date.
- Set deposits as a percentage or a fixed amount.
- Configure globally, then override per product when you need to.
- Force deposit on specific products to make it mandatory, or disable deposit on products where it doesn’t apply.
- Configure how many days customers have to pay the balance.
- Send automatic reminder emails — before the due date, on the due date, and after.
- Auto-charge balances on the due date via Stripe (when a saved payment method is on the order).
- Customers see all their pending balances in a dedicated Pending Balances tab in My Account.
- Failed auto-charges fall back to manual collection automatically — the customer just clicks Pay now in the reminder email.
No custom database tables. Nothing modifies your stored product prices. Everything is calculated at checkout runtime.

Offer installment plans
For customers who’d rather pay over time, set up multi-payment plans:
- Define each plan with its own number of payments, interval in days, and optional plan fee percentage.
- Run as many plans as you want side by side (3 monthly, 6 monthly, 12 monthly — your call).
- The first installment is charged at checkout; the rest are auto-charged on schedule via Stripe.
- Customers receive reminder emails before each scheduled charge.

Let customers share the cost with others
Group gifts. Splitting a vacation rental. Pooling for an expensive item. SplitPay Pro’s group co-payment feature lets the checkout initiator invite others to each pay a share of the order — and co-payers don’t need a WooCommerce account.
- The initiator assigns shares to each co-payer at checkout.
- Each co-payer receives an email with a unique, HMAC-signed payment link.
- Co-payers click the link, pick a gateway, and pay their share.
- The initiator gets a progress email each time a co-payer pays.
- When everyone’s paid, the order moves to Processing automatically.
- Configure how long the link stays valid (1–720 hours).
- Choose what happens if not everyone pays in time: cancel the order and refund the initiator, or charge the initiator the remaining balance.

Set a minimum order total so the option only appears on carts where it makes sense, and a maximum number of co-payers (up to 50) to keep things manageable.
A reporting dashboard built for SplitPay orders
Open WooCommerce → Settings → SplitPay Pro and you land on a dashboard with everything that matters:
- Total SplitPay orders and revenue in the selected date range.
- Breakdowns by feature — deposits, splits, and co-pays.
- A list of recent SplitPay orders.
- Date range filter (7 / 30 / 90 days, or a custom range).
- One-click Export CSV for accounting or analysis.

Built right for production stores
- HPOS compatible — declares full support for WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. Enable it without warnings.
- Cart & Checkout Blocks ready — dedicated Blocks integration, not a Classic-only retrofit.
- Classic Checkout fully supported — with UI customization options for placement, colors, and border radius.
- No custom database tables — uses native WooCommerce order meta and WordPress options.
- Translation-ready — full
.potfile included. - Six custom order statuses so you can filter and track every flow: Deposit Paid, Pending Balance, Awaiting Co-Payment, Co-Payment Expired, Installment Active, Pending Installment.
- Developer-friendly — 13 action hooks and 2 filters for extending the orchestrator, custom gateway adapters, and post-event integrations.
- Clean uninstall — when you delete the plugin, every plugin option, order meta key, and scheduled event is removed. Your orders themselves are preserved.

Why SplitPay Pro instead of three separate plugins?
Most stores end up with one plugin for deposits, another for split payments, a third for group payments — and inevitable conflicts when they collide on the same checkout. SplitPay Pro is built as one cohesive system with a shared gateway abstraction layer, a single settings tab, a unified payment ledger, and a single uninstall routine. Less maintenance overhead, fewer compatibility surprises, and one product to support.
Stop losing high-intent shoppers at checkout. Give them every way to pay.
