Pricing Settings
Pricing mode
- Label: Pricing Mode
- Default: Per Item Price
- Options: Fixed Price / Per Item Price / Base Price + Add-on products
- What it does: Controls how the container total is calculated at checkout.
| Mode | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Fixed Price | The container has one fixed price regardless of which items are selected. Requires a Fixed Container Price to be set. |
| Per Item Price | The total is the sum of all selected items’ prices. No fixed or base price is charged. |
| Base Price + Add-on products | A fixed base fee is charged for the container, plus the sum of selected item prices on top. Requires a Base Container Price to be set. |
Fixed container price
- Label: Fixed Container Price
- Default: (empty)
- Type: Decimal number
- What it does: The total price charged for this container, regardless of what the customer puts in it. Only visible when Pricing Mode is set to Fixed Price. If left blank or set to 0, the pricing mode resets to Per Item Price on save.
Base container price
- Label: Base Container Price
- Default: (empty)
- Type: Decimal number
- What it does: A flat container fee added to the sum of selected item prices. Only visible when Pricing Mode is set to Base Price + Add-on products. Can be set to 0 for a free container with paid add-ons.
