A wizard that guides, not overwhelms
Customers move through beautifully designed steps — each presenting a curated grid of products to choose from. The price summary panel updates live as they select, stock is checked in real time, and a progress indicator keeps them oriented throughout the process.
When they’re done, a single click adds the entire bundle to the cart — fully structured, fully validated, ready for checkout.
Three flexible pricing modes
Sum of Items — The bundle price is the running total of whatever the customer selects. Transparent, fair, and zero configuration.
Fixed Price — Set one flat price for the entire bundle regardless of what’s chosen. Great for gift boxes and surprise bundles.
Tiered Volume Discounts — Automatically apply percentage discounts when customers reach quantity thresholds. The wizard shows a “next tier” nudge (“Add 2 more to save 10%”) to encourage higher-value carts.
Real cart structure — no shortcuts
Every product a customer selects is added to the cart as its own real line item. This means WooCommerce’s native stock management handles deduction accurately per product at checkout — no custom inventory layer, no workarounds. Removing the parent bundle from the cart automatically removes all its children.
Configure each bundle in the product editor
Building a bundle is as simple as setting up a product. Switch the product type to BundlePilot Bundle, click the Bundle Steps tab, and configure your pricing mode and steps — each with its own title, product source, and quantity rules.
- By Category (Free) — Pulls all published products from one or more product categories automatically.
- Hand-Picked Products (Pro) — Select specific products by name or SKU for total curation control.
- Min / Max Quantities (Pro) — Allow multi-select steps, optional steps, and flexible quantity ranges.
Steps are sortable via drag-and-drop. Each one can be collapsed in the editor to keep things manageable.
Orders and emails that make sense
Bundle context carries through the entire WooCommerce lifecycle. In the order admin, parent and child items are visually grouped with badges, bundle summaries, and a pricing breakdown. In customer emails, bundled items are listed below the parent row — clearly presented, never confusing.
